Deposits

Deposits

The Company enables funding of a Mmk121 account through approved payment methods. Deposits may be made using fiat instruments or designated virtual currencies. Cash or checks are not accepted. The Company may restrict the available methods by jurisdiction and may impose additional limitations by payment method and region.

  • Minimum deposit: 20 EUR or the equivalent in the account’s base currency.
  • Deposits below the minimum are not credited to the User’s account.
  • Maximum per transaction: VISA up to 5 000 EUR; MasterCard up to 5 000 EUR (amounts may vary by region and payment processor).
  • Card and wallet limits: per-card per-day limit of up to 10 deposits and per-month limit of up to 40 deposits; all deposits remain subject to overall per-day, per-week, and per-month caps according to method and jurisdiction.
  • Accepted currencies and methods: fiat payment methods alongside designated virtual currencies including BTC, LTC, ETH, DOGE, BCH, USDT, ADA, XRP, NEO, BNB, BSV, TRX, and CasinoCoin. Fiat deposits may be converted to virtual currency for wagering; conversely, deposits in virtual currency may be withdrawn as virtual currency or converted to fiat pursuant to withdrawal rules.
  • Account-name alignment: the name on the payment instrument must match the name on the User’s Mmk121 account. It is unlawful to deposit funds originating from illicit activity.
  • Processing and verification: deposited funds become available after confirmation and may be subject to additional verification under the Company’s KYC/AML policies. Some deposits may require further identity or source-of-funds checks before crediting the account.
  • Network and tag requirements: for token-based deposits such as XRP or other networks that require an address tag or memo, incorrect specification may result in loss of funds. The Company is not liable for losses arising from incorrect tagging or network specification.
  • Fees: certain payment methods or regions may incur processing fees. Any applicable fees will be disclosed on the deposit page before completion.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. The Company may perform KYC and verify the source of funds prior to processing payouts and may hold withdrawals until such checks are completed. If false or incomplete personal data is provided, withdrawals may be denied and the User’s account may be cancelled.

  • Minimum withdrawal: 40 EUR or the equivalent in the account currency.
  • Maximum withdrawal per transaction: VISA up to 1 000 EUR; MasterCard up to 1 000 EUR.
  • Aggregate withdrawal limits: up to 1 000 EUR per day; up to 2 500 EUR per week; up to 15 000 EUR per month. Larger requests may be processed in multiple installments.
  • Withdrawal methods: available options depend on the User’s region. Withdrawals are typically issued to the same instrument used for funding where practicable; withdrawals may be settled in virtual currency or fiat depending on the deposit method. Virtual currency withdrawals will be sent to the wallet bound to the User’s account. Fiat withdrawals, where permitted, are issued to the linked bank card or payment method.
  • Deposit method parity: fiat withdrawals are not available for accounts funded solely with virtual currency, and vice versa, except where explicitly permitted by the Company.
  • Processing timeframe: withdrawal requests must be approved or rejected within two (2) business days. This period may be extended to accommodate additional verification checks.
  • Cancellation: a withdrawal may be cancelled before completion; funds returned to the User’s account. The Company is not responsible for funds lost after cancellation.
  • Additional verification: the Company may require further KYC or source-of-funds checks prior to or during withdrawal.
  • Fees: withdrawal fees may apply depending on method and jurisdiction.

Verification and Compliance

Participation in deposits and withdrawals requires completion of identity verification (KYC). The Company may request updated documentation and perform ongoing checks for anti money laundering purposes. Users must provide accurate information and promptly update it if changes occur. The Company reserves the right to suspend or block accounts suspected of fraud or AML violations until resolution. The Company may also verify source of funds for large or unusual activity and is entitled to take appropriate action, including withholding withdrawals, pending results.

Chargebacks and Refunds

Chargeback refers to a reversal initiated by a card issuer or payment provider. The Company may block or restrict an account upon receipt of a chargeback and will seek to recover funds and related fees. Reasons for chargeback include non receipt of transaction details, cardholder disputes, or fraudulent activity. The Company bears losses, fees, and penalties arising from chargebacks and may withhold or offset funds, including subsequent winnings, to satisfy these liabilities. The User will be contacted to confirm identity and payment method if a chargeback is received. Administrative fees may apply and funds may be redirected to cover related losses. The User acknowledges that the Company may take steps appropriate to preserve financial integrity of the platform.

Refunds are discretionary and are processed by the Company. Grounds may include accidental deposits, fraudulent activity, or non delivery of goods or services. Requests should be submitted via the User’s support channel with a detailed explanation. The Company will respond within two (2) business days with the outcome. The Company notes that gameplay consumes products instantly and refunds are not guaranteed for active gameplay, except where warranted by the Company’s evaluation of the specific case.

Additional Provisions

If the Company credits winnings or funds in error, such credits remain the Company’s property and may be reversed. The Company may freeze and withhold funds and set off any subsequent winnings owed to the User to satisfy such liability. If erroneous credits were withdrawn prior to discovery, the amount paid is a debt owed by the User to the Company. The User shall notify Customer Support immediately upon discovering erroneous credits. Deposits should be commensurate with game play, and the Company reserves the right to take remedial action in cases of suspected abuse or manipulation of the deposit system or exchange mechanisms. The Company may amend this policy at any time without prior notice; continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
