Scope and applicability
These Bonus Rules govern all bonuses, free spins, free bets and promotions offered by Mmk121 through the Website, communications and on-site notifications. They supplement the General Terms and Conditions and, where inconsistent, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail. This document applies to Casino bonuses, Sports bonuses, No-Deposit offers and any special promotions presented to players.
Account integrity and eligibility
Bonuses are issued to a single user identity. A bonus is available only to fully verified accounts. Certain bonuses may be restricted by geography; eligibility details appear in the specific promotion terms. The Company reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus at its sole discretion.
Balances, activation and stacking
Each player maintains two balances: a real balance and a bonus balance. All bonuses are credited to the bonus balance. Real balance is used first for wagers; bonus funds become active only after the real balance is exhausted. Bonuses are visible in the player profile only if eligible. Only one promotional offer may be active at a time; bonuses cannot be combined or accrued across multiple promotions. Winnings derived from bonus activity are payable only after the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
Bonus types covered
- No-Deposit Bonuses: Awarded without an initial deposit. Wagering requirements apply and winnings may be subject to a cashout limit. A subsequent deposit may be required to extend or convert the no-deposit bonus terms. All such bonuses are subject to identity verification prior to withdrawal.
- Deposit Bonuses (Casino): Granted upon deposit and subject to wagering requirements, game contribution rules and time limits. Some game types may not contribute toward wagering or may contribute at reduced rates. Minimum and maximum bets during wagering are specified in the promotion terms.
- Sports Bonuses: Bets placed under active sports promotions must meet grading and eligibility criteria defined in the promotion terms. Certain bet types may be disqualified from counting toward wagering requirements.

Wagering requirements, game contributions and limits
Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses and winnings derived from bonus activity. Only wagers made with eligible balance contribute to these requirements; certain games may not contribute or contribute at reduced rates. Typical guidelines include:
- Minimum bet while a bonus is active: 0.50 (currency equivalent) per spin or bet.
- Maximum bet while wagering a bonus: 5.00 (currency equivalent) per spin or bet.

Wagering progress is trackable in the player’s account. The in-game buy features and any feature that constitutes a spin are counted toward wagering in the same manner as standard spins unless otherwise specified.
Validity, expiry and cancellation of bonuses
Bonuses are valid for seven (7) days from the date of credit unless the promotion terms specify a different period. If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus balance and any associated winnings are removed. A bonus may be automatically cancelled if the active balance falls to €0.05 (Casino) or €0.50 (Sports) or the equivalent in other currencies.
Withdrawal and bonus cancellation flows
If a player wishes to withdraw before completing wagering requirements, the player may cancel the bonus. In doing so, the bonus amount, any generated winnings and any wagered amount will be deducted from the player’s balance. Cash deposits are not forfeited, but any un-wagered bonus funds will be removed.
Single bonus rule and promotional stacking
Only one bonus may be active at any time. A bonus cannot be combined with any other bonus or promotion unless explicitly permitted by the terms of the offer. If a player participates in multiple offers, the most recent eligible bonus is the one that governs wagering obligations.
Geographic eligibility and access restrictions

Bonus abuse, penalties and enforcement
The Company may suspend, forfeit or revoke a bonus and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse. Examples of prohibited behavior include delaying game rounds to postpone wagering, using betting systems intended to exploit the bonus, multi-account activity, collusion with other players, and other practices designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Penalties may include confiscation of balances, account suspension or termination at the administrator’s discretion.
Compliance, KYC, AML and ongoing monitoring
All bonuses are issued in compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Ongoing verification may be required. No bonus is transferable, exchangeable or refundable. If a game or promotion cannot be operated due to technical, geographic or legal restrictions, Mmk121 reserves the right to modify or cancel the affected portion of the promotion without compensation.
Version, language and amendments
The English version of these terms governs. Mmk121 reserves the right to amend the Bonus Rules at any time. Changes become effective upon posting and apply to new promotions and ongoing offers where applicable.
