Sports Rules

General Rules and Settlement

  • 1.1 Market settlement: The operator settles a market when its outcome is definitively determined by an official source. If a match is not completed and is decided by the referee or an official announcement, bets placed after the publication of the outcome may be voided. If the announcement occurs more than 48 hours after the end of the event and undecided bets have been treated as undecided or void, settlement will stand based on the official result. Any markets not clearly determined by regular duration are settled in accordance with the market description. The operator excludes player specials from this rule.
  • 1.2 Bet acceptance: The operator reserves the right not to accept all or part of a bet. If a bet is not accepted, the customer’s stake is refunded.
  • 1.3 Post-acceptance adjustments: Before an event starts, the operator may void or cancel part or all of a bet. After the event starts, the operator may void or cancel part or all of a bet for reasons including but not limited to palpable error in event wording or odds, attempts to bypass limits, use of insider information, combined related bets, involvement of participants, or systemic technical error. Such actions will be communicated upon request.
  • 1.4 Venue changes: The operator may cancel all bets if there is a change to the event venue.
  • 1.5 Material changes: Bets may be cancelled if there are radical changes in event circumstances such as playing time, distance or pace in a race, or the number of periods.
  • 1.6 Fraud suspicion: If there is reasonable suspicion that an event is fraudulent or fixed, the operator may keep specific bets unsettled, inform relevant authorities, and settle or void bets according to the verdict of the applicable bodies.
  • 1.7 System interruption: In the event of a technical interruption during bet placement, the operator will perform standard checks. The customer must review the betting history to confirm whether the bet was accepted when the system becomes available.
  • 1.8 VAR-related adjustments: If a Video Assistant Referee decision conflicts with the on-pitch decision and alters the state of play at bet placement, bets placed between the incident and the final decision may be void, unless odds were not affected or have been accounted for at bet acceptance. Settlement of unrelated offers remains unaffected.
  • 1.9 Rounding and display: Odds shown on screen are displayed with two decimal places. Total odds are calculated with a sixth decimal place, and total winnings are truncated to two decimals. Any discrepancy arises from the rounding rules.
  • 1.10 Settlement window: The maximum time between settlement of a bets slip and any potential re-settlement is 30 days.
  • 1.11 Final minute rules: If a football match is officially finished at 79:00 or later, all markets are settled on the full-time result. If finished at 78:59 or earlier, undecided markets are voided. Abandonment or stoppage due to external factors results in voiding undecided markets, unless a result has been reached and announced.
  • 1.12 Supported match formats: Prematch and live bets accommodate formats such as 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45 and 3x30. If the match duration falls outside 50 to 90 minutes, all markets are voided. For 3x30, halftime duration equals total match duration divided by 2. The operator does not assume responsibility for unexpected format changes; clients bear the risk as stated in the registration terms.
  • 1.13 Outright markets and Play-or-Pay: Outright markets (short-term and long-term) remain valid even if listed participants are unable to take part, with losses applying as applicable. Head-to-head (H2H) markets are excluded from this rule; if a listed participant is replaced within the same team, team markets stand while individual markets may be voided.

Football (Soccer) Specific Rules

  • 2.1 Market determination: For markets tied to normal duration, settlement occurs after 90 minutes (including injury time) unless the market description specifies otherwise. If a market includes overtime, it is paid upon completion of overtime. Penalty shootouts are not considered unless expressly stated in the market.
  • 2.2 Postponements and suspensions: Events not started on time or postponed may remain open if start occurs within 48 hours of the original start time. If not resumed within 48 hours, settled markets will be based on the official result. Where events are abandoned and not continued within 48 hours, settled markets will reflect on-pitch results; other markets may be voided and stakes refunded as applicable. Two-legged ties: only overturns on markets associated with the postponed event apply.
  • 2.3 1X2 and related markets: The 1X2 market is determined after the end of normal duration unless the market explicitly includes overtime. If overtime is included, settlement occurs after overtime completion. In cases of postponement or abandonment, otherwise settled markets follow the general postponement rules.
  • 2.4 Scorers: First goalscorer, last goalscorer and anytime goalscorer markets apply to regular time unless stated otherwise. Own goals are ignored for scorer purposes unless the event rules specify otherwise. A player listed as never having played will void related scorer bets as described in the market terms. If a match is abandoned after scoring has occurred, first scorer bets may remain valid while last scorer bets are voided.

Tennis Rules

  • 3.1 Player withdrawal and retirement: If a player withdraws before a match, bets related to that player winning the match are void. If a player retires after the match begins, the opponent is deemed the winner; bets on the completed set standings will be settled accordingly.
  • 3.2 Match format integrity: If a match described as best-of-five is played as best-of-three, all related bets are void unless market terms specify otherwise. Sets and games settled based on completed portions of the match remain valid as applicable.
  • 3.3 Tournament markets: If a participant withdraws before their first match, bets on that participant winning the tournament or advancing to a given stage are void; otherwise, markets remain valid as determined by the competition results. In doubles, if at least one player withdraws before the start or during the match and the partner continues with another teammate, wagers on the event are voided where specified.

Other Sports and Event Coverage

  • 4.1 American Football: The official result, including extra periods, determines all bet outcomes unless the market states otherwise.
  • 4.2 Basketball: Bets may include extra time; final results govern settlement.
  • 4.3 Ice Hockey: Outcome is based on the final score; overtime and shootouts are excluded unless markets specify otherwise.
  • 4.4 Baseball: Outcomes consider official results with extra innings included. Moneyline markets are deemed decided after a certain number of innings as described in the market terms, otherwise bets are void. Pitcher-line markets follow the listed starter and are void if listing changes occur. 7-inning games apply analogous rules to standard innings for the applicable market.
  • 4.5 Volleyball: Results are based on the best-of-five sets; overtime is not considered unless specified.
  • 4.6 Formula 1: Settlements use the first published official results; events may be void if canceled or not resumed within 72 hours. If a race is abandoned before 75% distance, it is void. Grid position and qualifying decisions do not affect pole position bets unless markets specify.
  • 4.7 Rugby: Outcomes rely on regular-time result unless stated otherwise.
  • 4.8 Winter Sports: Suspensions or postponements render bets valid only if the event completes at the same venue within 72 hours; otherwise bets are void. No-start does void related bets.
  • 4.9 Snooker: Bets remain open during interruptions until completion; an awarded match before the required frames are played may still stand if the match has started; otherwise void.
  • 4.10 Cricket: Official results determine outcomes; no-result results void bets; postponements within 48 hours keep bets valid; otherwise bets void; draw results typically result in losses unless market terms indicate otherwise. Pitcher and related lines are settled as described in the market rules.
  • 4.11 Boxing and MMA: Outcomes determined by the final result; if the event is canceled or not recovered within 24 hours, bets are void; draws result in void for the relevant markets.
  • 4.12 Beach Soccer: Final result governs settlement; cancelled, postponed or interrupted events that are not resumed within the 24-hour window are void.

Bet Types and Market Integrity

  • 5.1 Outright and Play-or-Pay: Outright markets remain valid even if listed participants are unable to take part; where applicable, H2H markets are excluded from this rule. If a participant is replaced by another of the same team, team markets remain valid while certain individual markets may be voided.
  • 5.2 Scorers and Time Windows: First, Last, and Anytime Scorer markets apply to regular time unless markets state otherwise. External goals or own goals are treated per market terms. In instance of match abandonment after scoring, first scorer bets may remain valid while last scorer bets can be voided.
  • 5.3 Disputes and Adjustments: The operator may reverse settlements if final decisions alter outcomes and only if such decisions are provided before the event conclusion. All changes comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • 5.4 Responsible gaming: Players must be of legal age. The operator promotes responsible gaming and provides information about self-exclusion and AML policies as part of platform safeguards.
